It's really important to the ‘Lay It Down’ team that all our customers love what they purchase. Once you have received your item and if you find you are not satisfied with your product or it is damaged in anyway, we will be more than happy for you to return your product for a credit note or refund.
- If you would like to return an item please email us advising the reason for return or why you are applying for a credit note or refund to: email@example.com
- Within 24 hours the Lay It Down team will get back to you with a return address and instructions.
- Post the item back to us. Lay It Down will reimburse postage on faulty items only. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for all other returns.
Once we receive the returned item we will evaluate it to make sure it is fit for return. We will then notify you of your store credit or refund. Returned items that have been damaged, used or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
Conditions of Returns:
- Returns must be returned to the us within 20 days of purchase
- Any items returned after 20 days of purchase will not be accepted
- All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns where the item is not faulty
